How to Participate

The 2015 Starfish 360 Awards Program is open to individuals and teams employed by an institution that currently has a license to any of the modules in the Starfish platform. Previous Award Winners are not eligible to re-apply, although we welcome submissions from past Rising Stars and Finalists.

Submitting an entry for the Awards Program is straightforward. Essentially, each submission must contain three components:

  1. A cover letter indicating executive sponsorship of your submission.
  2. A document that includes brief responses to each question on the application form.
  3. Three testimonials from users who have had direct experience with your student success efforts.

The submission deadline for this year’s Awards Program was 5:00 pm ET on July 15, 2015. Applications are now closed.

An independent panel of judges will score each submission according to a numerical format to determine the Winners and Rising Stars. All participants will be notified of the judges’ decisions on or before September 30, 2015.
