When you join the Starfish community, you aren't going to be alone. Starfish Client Success Services are here to help you every step of the way. And you'll be joining an active community of your peers where you can tap into a host of resources and experiences.

Starfish Client Success Services include:


  • Implementation Services

    We provide a highly engaged, structured implementation process. Whether working with you to define your goals, configure the Starfish system to complement your processes, or plan an effective campus rollout and measure your results '" our Implementation Services are here to get you up and running with Starfish.

    The system can be implemented quickly, including full integration with your learning management system, student information system, and portal, if that is part of your plan. Once the system is implemented, you can expect to achieve initial results within a month.

  • Training Services

    Introducing your advisors, counselors, student success staff, instructors, administrators, and others to Starfish is an exciting and fun opportunity to ignite your student support programs. We offer a number of training programs to meet your needs, including Web-based custom training, Web-based free stadium training, and on-site training. Custom training services are available on a project basis.

  • Account Management and Community Building

    Even when you are fully implemented and your staff is trained, we are still here to help. Your account manager will be in regular contact to keep track of your efforts, find out what challenges are coming up, and work with you to get ready for the next opportunity to ramp up your student success program.

    We also offer a variety of tools to help you promote Starfish on your campus. In addition, we'll invite you to quarterly Web-based meetings where the client community gets together to discuss best practices and outcomes. You'll also be able to participate in an active listserv, exclusive to the Starfish community, where you can ask questions of your peers and get immediate feedback.

  • Product Support

    When technical problems arise, we want to help right away and get you back to helping students. We offer 24/7 emergency support. For technical support issues, we offer phone, email, and Web-based technical support between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. (ET). We also offer a live Twitter feed providing system status updates. Product support is available to identified system administrators. Product support is included in the annual license fee.

  • Strategic Services

    Sometimes, your next challenge has nothing to do with technology. Whether you are trying to identify opportunities for process improvement, navigate the challenges of change management, assess your efforts, or refine your outcomes metrics, Starfish Strategic Services are here to help you. Strategic services are available on a project basis.

I was really delighted that the Starfish staff communicated so well with the UMW technology staff, both in the setup and in the troubleshooting. They are amazing, with nearly instantaneous turnaround time in responding to our queries.
