Starfish Retention Solutions, Inc. is looking for motivated, organized, and flexible team members to join our crusade to help colleges graduate more students.  Beyond the specific qualifications of each position you’ll need to feel comfortable in a start up.  Everything is not well defined.  You’ll be asked to do a lot more than the typical person in your role at a larger company.  You’ll have more fun.

• Web Application Developers – Build enterprise-class, AJAX-based web applications.

• Sales Representatives – Use your charm, professionalism, and great communication skills to get our innovative products into our clients’ hands. 

• Sales Director – Call for details.

• VP Operations / COO – Call for details.

• Part-time comptroller or Bookkeeper – Call for details.

• Part-time graphic designer – Call for details.

• Student Ambassadors (3) – As a Student Ambassador, you’re a college student who will act as a liaison between Starfish and the students and instructors at your school involving the campus community in our design.  As an ambassador you will do interviews on campus, gather feedback on design concepts, and will get product surveys completed by students and instructors on your campus.  You will also tell us what you think works!  Work on your campus, part-time.
